Financial Policy

Financing Information

Our office is proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We help make it easy for people to get the care they want and need, right when they need it, without having to delay treatment or appointments. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Emergency Single Visit Payments

Payment Options

Our office offers payment & financing options, allowing you the freedom to make the best decision about your treatment options. We make it easy for you to get the care you deserve, without delaying your treatment or appointments you need.  For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). We collect co-insurance (aka co-pay) day of service for services rendered.

Dental Financing CareCredit

CareCredit Financing

CareCredit provides a valuable financing option for treatments and procedures that typically are not covered by insurance, or for times when insurance doesn't cover the full amount. CareCredit is also used by cardholders to pay for deductibles and co-payments.

We think people like having financial options because that gives them the freedom to make decisions about treatment options, so they can do what's best for their situation and their family.

Acharya Periodontics COVID-19 Update

The safety and well-being of our patients and staff is a top priority at Acharya Periodontics.
We are adhering to the guidelines set forth by both the CDC and The Virginia Department of Health as
we monitor developments related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We will continue to
implement strategies recommended by public health authorities.

As part of our own aseptic routine, we perform regular environmental cleaning that meets guidelines for
viral disinfection. We have also increased the frequency of cleanings and broad-spectrum disinfectants
used throughout the building. As usual, our patient areas are sanitized and sterilized as recommended
by the American Dental Association.

We will continue to monitor the situation, seek guidance and best practices from the appropriate health
authorities and share additional information as warranted.

We request that any patient, guest or any other member of Acharya Periodontics who does not feel
well, exhibits signs of infection, or has been in proximity to infected persons avoid entering the
premises.

Also, if you have traveled within the last 2 weeks international or domestic, please inform our staff via
telephone or email before your visit.

We will be glad to reschedule any appointments. Please call us at 540-283-0959 or email at
