Do you accept insurance?

If you have dental insurance and plan to use it towards your periodontal needs, we will be happy to communicate with your insurance company and do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us.
Do I need to be referred by a doctor?
You may see a periodontist on your own as a referral is not necessary to be seen at our office. However, a general dentist or a hygienist can also recommend a consultation with a periodontist if they find signs of periodontal disease through the course of a checkup or other dental care appointment.
How much does a consultation cost?
It is almost impossible to accurately estimate a patient’s insurance co-payment. Dr. Acharya can conduct a comprehensive examination and evaluate the necessary diagnostics to best determine your needs and the associated fees. Discussing payment arrangements and potential coverage from your insurance carrier are important steps in the planning process.
